I research the market, track down what's worth seeing, speak with agents, and view candidates in person. You receive a considered shortlist of only the properties worth your time — with photographs, video and honest notes.
 

You're paying for the result, not the running around. Anything that doesn't make the cut is mine to filter out, never yours to pay for.

A LITTLE ABOUT RENT

Rent stays entirely between you and your tenant. It's paid straight into your own account, and I never handle money or payments — so that side is always fully in your hands.

 

If rent is ever late, that's for you and your legal representative to act on. What I look after is everything around the tenancy — finding and vetting tenants, the move-in and key handover, being your tenant's local point of contact, inspections and coordinating maintenance — soday-to-day life runs smoothly while you're away.

TRAVEL

All prices apply within the Athens metropolitan area. Anything further afield may involve travel and, where needed, accommodation costs — always discussed and agreed in advance.

A NOTE ON COSTS

A few things — cleaning, groceries, repairs, materials, utilities and supplier fees — are charged separately unless we've agreed otherwise. I'll always keep you in the loop before anything is spent, so there are no surprises.
